2. If you like what we have to say, then we will schedule in your free 1-hour consultation via phone or in person to discuss your current operation in detail. By completing this, we gain a better understanding of your current systems and processes.
3. Once we obtain all the information we believe we need to get you started on your journey, you will receive a proposal with our Implementation fee which includes 2 months of free 24/7 support.
4. Now, we are ready to get you and your business on board and prepare you for the implementation phase so we can hit the ground running. We will first get to know the key people in your business and develop clear training modules and work flows in order to make the transition phase a timely and cost effective on.
5. Once your staff are fully trained we will review your businesses position and come to an agreement on a suitable ‘Go-Live’ date
6. Two months after the ‘Go-Live’ date we will review your business and its progress thoroughly in order to understand whether on-going support is required
